Armonico Social Studio is a private workspace operated by Armonico to prepare social content for its own business accounts. It is not a service for unrelated customers or advertisers.
Who operates the workspace
The operator is Roman Leonenko, trading as Armonico, Alicante, Spain. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact armonicobags@gmail.com. The operator's full contact details are available in the store's Privacy Policy.
Information used
The workspace uses the signed-in owner's account identifier; product titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants and product links from Armonico's Shopify catalogue; uploaded images; generated creative images and text; and saved drafts and publication records.
When the owner connects Facebook or Pinterest, the workspace receives the permissions approved during that service's authorization process, account or Page identifiers and names, access credentials and their expiry information. Pinterest connections also read the authenticated account's public boards and their identifiers and names to select a destination. We do not request access to secret boards, advertising accounts, billing data or private messages through the Pinterest connection.
Why this information is used
Information is used to authenticate the owner, protect the private workspace, prepare and save product creatives, identify the intended social account or board, check access and support publishing features when enabled. Connecting an account does not itself publish a post or Pin. The current Pinterest connection is being prepared; automatic Pinterest publishing is not yet enabled.
Storage and service providers
The workspace is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. Draft records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and media in R2. Social access and refresh tokens are encrypted on the server and are not returned to the browser. OpenAI receives product information, instructions and selected images for requested text or image generation; social access tokens are not included in those generation requests. Shopify, Meta and Pinterest process requests under their own policies. Data is not sold or used to train a separate Armonico model.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Social credentials are retained while the connection is needed. Using Disconnect removes the connection credentials and pending authorization sessions from the workspace. You may also revoke access in the relevant social account's settings. Disconnection does not delete posts already present on a social platform or previously saved creative drafts. To request deletion of saved workspace records or ask about retained backups, email armonicobags@gmail.com; we will confirm what can be deleted and any remaining provider retention.
Your choices
Authorization is optional. You can decline permissions, revoke access, or request access, correction and deletion of workspace information using the contact above. The workspace uses authentication and security cookies to maintain sign-in and protect the authorization process. This notice is separate from the store's customer and shopping-cookie policy. We will update it when the workspace's data practices change.
