Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your statutory rights and our voluntary 15-day return period. The voluntary period applies to orders delivered within Spain and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

1. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, email armonicobags@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Include your name and order number if available so we can identify the order. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. Voluntary return period: 15 days

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept ordinary returns requested within 15 calendar days of delivery. For requests made after the statutory 14-day period, the item must be unused, undamaged, without signs of wear, with its original tags and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase.

For an ordinary return of goods without a fault or other problem, you pay the direct return shipping cost. If you return the whole order within this 15-day period, we refund the full amount you paid for the order, including its original delivery charge. We recommend using a tracked service because you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at armonicobags@gmail.com with your order number and photos where appropriate. We will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost for a confirmed product problem. Your mandatory remedies do not depend on contacting us within the voluntary 15-day return period.

Consumers retain all mandatory legal rights, including the statutory conformity guarantee applicable in Spain. For new goods, the legal conformity period is three years from delivery. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

4. Return process

  1. Email armonicobags@gmail.com with your order number and return request. For statutory withdrawal, a clear statement sent within the applicable period is enough; you do not need our prior approval.
  2. Use the return address below. You may wait for our packing and shipping instructions, but this does not extend or restrict any statutory deadline.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number.

Returns sent without first contacting us may take longer to identify and process. Our return address is:

5. Refunds and exchanges

We will confirm receipt and inspect returned goods. For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse you within the statutory period described above; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back. For a return made under our voluntary 15-day policy, we issue the refund after receiving and checking the item against that policy's conditions. Refunds go to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain another item, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

Discounted and sale items are eligible under the same statutory rights and return rules described above. Any statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies only when all conditions required by law are met and, where required, the exception is clearly disclosed before purchase. Exceptions never limit your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
