Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Terms govern use of armonicobags.com and purchases from Roman Leonenko, an individual trading as Armonico, NIF/NIE Y9453265A, at Avenida de Villajoyosa 103, bloque 6, piso 10B, 03016 Alicante, Alicante, Spain. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail where these Terms conflict with applicable law.

1. Store and contact details

Seller: Roman Leonenko, trading as Armonico
NIF/NIE: Y9453265A
Address: Avenida de Villajoyosa 103, bloque 6, piso 10B, 03016 Alicante, Alicante, Spain

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape the website in a way that harms the service; or infringe the rights of others.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials. Minor variations that do not affect conformity are not defects. Product availability can change, and we may correct obvious errors before accepting an order.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm the order. The final total displayed at checkout is the amount payable.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. After you order, we send an acknowledgement that does not by itself mean acceptance. The sales contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, inability to authorise payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing error. If payment was taken for a rejected order, it will be refunded.

6. Online ordering process

To place an order, select the product and any available options, add it to the cart, review the cart, provide the requested contact, delivery and billing information, select a delivery and payment method, review the order summary and submit the order using the final payment button. Before submitting, you can return to the cart or checkout fields to identify and correct input errors.

The contract may be concluded in English. We store the order information in our Shopify administration system for the periods required for fulfilment, accounting, legal compliance and dispute handling. Customers receive an electronic order acknowledgement at the email address entered during checkout, normally immediately and in any event within 24 hours. Where customer-account features are available, order information may also be viewed there; otherwise, you may request a copy of the order information by emailing armonicobags@gmail.com.

These Terms and the policies linked at checkout can be viewed, stored and reproduced before the order is submitted. Please retain the order acknowledgement and the applicable policies for your records.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen method. We do not store complete payment-card details where they are handled by the payment provider.

8. Delivery

Current destinations, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Unless another period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

9. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Your applicable statutory withdrawal rights and our voluntary 15-day return period are explained in the Refund Policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It does not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

10. Legal conformity guarantee

Goods must conform to the contract and mandatory consumer law. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, the statutory conformity period is three years from delivery. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Nothing in these Terms restricts those mandatory remedies.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and must be applied before the order is confirmed. Promotions do not affect statutory rights.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, design and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. No other licence is granted, and content may not be copied, distributed, adapted or commercially exploited without permission or another lawful basis.

13. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify and payment or delivery providers, and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Website availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will exercise reasonable care and will not use this clause to avoid obligations under an accepted order.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer using the goods for a commercial purpose.

16. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie choices are available through the controls presented on the website.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future orders. The Terms applying to an order are those presented when the order is placed. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing contract unless required by law or agreed with you.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts determined by mandatory consumer-protection rules. Before bringing a claim, please contact armonicobags@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the matter. Where applicable, consumers may also use an authorised consumer alternative dispute resolution body.
